At FULLTIQUETES, we are committed to transparency and respect for our users. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using FullTiquetes services, the user agrees to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. USE OF SERVICE

FullTiquetes provides a platform for buying and selling event tickets. The user agrees to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

  • Do not use the service for fraudulent activities
  • Do not resell tickets at prices higher than face value
  • Provide true and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials

3. TICKET PURCHASE

All purchases made through FullTiquetes are subject to availability. Once the purchase is confirmed, the user will receive their digital ticket at the registered email address.

  • Tickets are personal and non-transferable
  • The price includes the indicated service charges
  • Purchase confirmation will be sent within a maximum of 24 hours

4. REFUND POLICY

FullTiquetes does not issue refunds once the purchase is confirmed, except in cases of event cancellation by the organizer. In case of cancellation, the user will be notified and the corresponding refund will be processed.

5. LIABILITY

FullTiquetes acts as an intermediary between event organizers and buyers. We are not responsible for changes in programming, cancellations, or modifications made by the organizers.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the FullTiquetes platform, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

7. MODIFICATIONS

FullTiquetes reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the platform and will take effect immediately upon publication.

8. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the city of Bogotá D.C.
